Terms and Conditions

  • We do our best to make sure that we have stock on hand of everything offered in our online shop. We update the website daily and monitor stock of products closely. However, despite our best efforts, it is possible that we run short on stock, hence the delivery may take longer.
  • Risk in the goods will pass to the client on delivery.
  • Should the client fail to make claim in respect of the goods within seven days of delivery, the client shall be deemed to have received the goods in full compliance within the invoice and no claim will be entertained.
  • The client shall have no claim against the seller for damages either in contract or delict arising from any cause whatsoever, for example loss of profits, consequential damages, claims by third parties for defects in material. The client acknowledge that no representations, warranties, or inducements have been given by the seller and further that the seller shall not be responsible for non-delivery or late delivery for reasons beyond its control.
  • The seller will have the right to change the labelling and packaging of products without giving prior notice to the client.
  • The seller may at their discretion offer certain products at a discounted price as part of a promotion. These promotions will be subject to certain conditions which define the scope of the promotion.  Promotions may have a stock limit and promotions may expire earlier if stock runs out before the end of the promotion period.
  • We currently offer deliver by Courier only; a tracking number will be provided.
  • You may also collect at our premises.
  • Product prices are displayed vat inclusive of 15%.
