Returns and Privacy Policy

  • If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason (other than if it is defective) and wish to return it, you may do so within 7 (seven) days of the date that it is delivered to you or collected by you. The goods must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, complete with the original invoice. The client will be liable to return the items back to us.
  • The seller will have the right not to refund but instead to replace it.
  • The seller will have the right to charge a 10% handling fee on returns when supplied correctly by the seller.
  • If the supplier decides to refund the customer, the supplier will process the refund due as soon as possible and within 7(seven) days after we have received the goods and received official proof of the client’s bank account.
  • Items that have been used, opened or not in the original condition, no longer qualify for a return/credit.
  • Incorrect items delivered – Should we accidentally deliver the wrong goods to you:
    Please do not remove any of the stickers or labels or remove the goods from its original packaging. Notify us immediately and we will collect and exchange the goods from the customer at no charge.
